Elections for the ASCC President for the 2016/2017 are currently underway and the voting process is more simple than ever.

From now until March 30, Cuesta students will be able to cast their vote for next year’s ASCC President from the comfort of their own home.  All Cuesta College students received an email titled “2016/2017 ASCC (Student Government) Election Ballot” which allows you to vote over a secure website. When you go to cast your vote, you are also given a little information about both of the current candidates, Michael Constable and Alex Medina.

Cuesta is continuing its process of letting students cast their ballot online in hopes to get more students involved in the election process.

“It’s important to get your votes in now,” stated Anthony Gutierrez, Coordinator for Student Life and Leadership at Cuesta College. “This is who’s going to be representing students on the Board of Trustees and who will be helping make decisions for the upcoming school year.”

So make sure to take time out of your busy schedule to cast your vote on who you believe will best represent Cuesta and the students needs.
